Step Two: Site Visit and Consultation

If necessary and upon payment, we schedule a site visit for a face-to-face meeting. This allows us to assess the location, understand site-specific challenges, and finalize design details.

Step Three: Planning Permission Process

In cases where planning permission is required, we manage this process on your behalf for an additional fee. This ensures all legalities are handled smoothly without any hassle for you.

Step Four: Final Design Agreement and Deposit

Once the final design is agreed upon, a 30% deposit is required. We then provide you with detailed drawings of your bespoke car port, bringing your vision to life on paper.

Step Five: Frame Construction and Intermediate Payment

Our skilled craftsmen construct the oak frame. Before delivery, we request a 30% intermediate payment. This stage guarantees that your car port's frame is meticulously crafted and ready for installation.

Step Six: Frame Erection and Installation

We handle the erection of the frame, roof rafters, and cladding. Scaffolding is hired for safe and efficient work. We then install solar tiles and batteries on one side of the roof while tiling the other side normally. Any additional features you selected are also installed at this stage.

Step Seven: Job Sign-Off and Final Payment

Upon completion, we conduct a thorough inspection and sign off on the job. You then make the final payment, marking the successful conclusion of your bespoke solar panelled oak car port project.
